The lab is not a portfolio page. It is the engineering half of FRST, running in parallel with the consulting practice. Usman runs it. Every system here is live, tested, and either deployed in a client context or running inside our own operations.

When a client commissions AI Solutions from FRST, they are not getting a prototype. They are getting a version of something we have already operated. That is the point.

SARAH is our internal intelligence layer. She monitors sector developments, synthesises research into client-ready briefings, and flags strategic signals before they become common knowledge. Every client engagement starts with a SARAH brief.

JANE is a learning-companion agent built for the university context. Piloted inside Riphah International University with 7 campuses in scope. She answers student queries, guides resource discovery, and surfaces learning gaps to faculty in real time.

ZOYA runs before, during, and after our training days. Pre-session: participant diagnostics and agenda calibration. Live: real-time prompt support and example generation. Post-session: follow-up nudges and adoption tracking.

The Stack is the infrastructure underneath SARAH, JANE, and ZOYA: prompt libraries, evaluation frameworks, deployment templates, and the integration layer that connects them to client systems. Open to clients as part of AI Solutions engagements.

We use it ourselves first.

Nothing goes to a client that has not run inside our own practice. SARAH has been briefing our team for months. ZOYA ran our last 12 facilitation days before we offered her to anyone else.

We build for the human, not the demo.

Most AI demos are optimised for the pitch room. Our systems are optimised for the person sitting in the workshop, the student at 11pm, the manager trying to close a brief on Friday afternoon.

We hand over and stay.

Every system we build includes full documentation, a training session for internal owners, and a 90-day support window. We are done when the client is running it without us.
